A participatory dance project with students from the 3rd and 4th grades of Kastanienallee Elementary School in Halle/Saale, in cooperation with WUK Theater Quartier and the Bürgerstiftung Halle.
Many children experience conflicts in various areas of everyday life – at school, within the family, or through the news. They feel the impacts, for instance, of the wars in Syria or Ukraine on their own lives – perhaps because their family is directly affected or because suddenly new children are sitting with them in the classroom. Cultural and language barriers are therefore familiar to many participants in their daily lives.
